Founded in 2020 by Mordechai Mamou, NOTERA is a boutique winery located in Moshav Dalton, Israel. The winery is dedicated to producing premium wines from the vineyards of Mount Avitar, a region known for its unique terroir. The name "NOTERA" is inspired by the Song of Songs verse "The Keeper of the Vineyards," reflecting Mamou's commitment to protecting and preserving the region's unique terroir.

 

The logo takes on the role of a seal that confirms the quality and fineness of the wine. Imprinted in gold and silver, depending on the series, the seal constitutes a royal "stamp" and conveys luxury and splendor.

 

This design concept, after being shelved for some time, was enthusiastically received by Yohai Schnur, the winery's marketing manager. Over several months, we refined the design, meticulously specifying the names, typography, sizes, and spacing. The slender label, positioned horizontally across the lower third of the bottle, creates an elegant and understated aesthetic.
